With over 3000 customers and a 4.7 rating in the QuickBooks app store, Method empowers SMBs to supercharge their business processes. We are looking for a Senior Director of Product with extensive B2B SaaS experience to join our team and drive the next phase of our product evolution.
This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic company positioned for growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll have the influence to shape both the product strategy and the future direction of Method:CRM.

The Role
As our strategic Senior Director of Product, you will lead the product team in delivering high-quality, innovative CRM solutions that align with our company goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a diverse product team toward achieving strategic objectives.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that drives the growth of our no-code platform.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and ensure our platform remains a market leader.
  • Implement and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Manage product budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets without compromising quality.
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development processes, UX/UI design principles, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Actively seek opportunities to exert influence beyond product management.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning product roadmaps with company goals and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
  • Passionate, optimistic, and motivated to contribute to our growth.

Hybrid Policy
At Method we are working on a hybrid schedule. Employees work from the office 2-3 times each week from our office in downtown Toronto.
