The Role
As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems that impact small and medium sized businesses. You will work collaboratively with diverse teams of developers, product managers, marketers and client services.

  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align design priorities, optimize features for user engagement, and balance business objectives with user needs. Provide constructive feedback during design critiques to foster team growth.
  • Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes, using user data and testing to validate design solutions and address usability issues effectively.
  • Own the delivery of craft-specific work by refining design workflows, supporting product initiatives, and mentoring junior team members in user-centered design approaches.
